Our Programs

FERC programs teach parents and families how to interact in ways that are considerate, respectful and caring towards one another. We recognize raising children between multiple homes takes cooperation and teamwork. FERC will assist you in acknowledging your emotions and pain, and we will teach you to work through stressors. We offer resource tools to support your ongoing emotional process, as well as, to minimize the negative effects this transition may have on your children.

FERC Programs

Online Co-Parenting - 4,6, 8 and 10 Hour
Online co-parenting programs give parents and families information in order to help them support their children's emotional well-being both during the divorce process and later as a divorced family. FERC strives to create a better understanding of the conflict between parents and the stress it creates for children both pre and post-divorce. Our program deals with conflict resolution skills in order to decrease the conflict their children are exposed to and encourages parents and families to cooperate with each other in co-parenting their children if possible. sign up>>

Parenting Skills - 8, 12, 16 and 21 Hour
Online parenting skills programs offers parents a foundational understanding of parenting skills in order to raise children from toddlers to teens. It is rich with effective strategies for instilling communication, cooperation, responsibility, and self-esteem in your children and teens. It offers tools and a positive approach to discipline in an effort to develop a strong sense of responsibility in your children as well as create an encouraging family environment. This class is appropriate for, all parents expecting or having children of any age, from toddlers to teens; step-Parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles, babysitters, teachers, counselors, nurses, social workers, or anyone who relates to children. sign up>>

Anger Management - 8 and 12 hour
Online anger management programs are designed to help parents learn what triggers their anger, strategies for managing their anger, alternate ways for expressing their anger and the consequences of anger. We revuew effective co-parenting skills to make home-life and visitations easier for the children while in their care. Our program is widely accepted by therapists, coaches, mediators and attorneys as an aid to conflict resolution before, during and after a separation. sign up>>
